  8. allow users to upload GIF stamps

    All this time, we've only been limited to uploading images from either our photo gallery or the internet. So, it would be great if we can be able to upload working GIFs to give the stamp more personality. I'm sure we've all seen pre-installed GIF stamps and wanted to make our own.
