What QR code reader app should I use?

Bitsbox doesn't currently have an app that can scan QR codes itself, so we recommend the following free apps for iOS and Android phones and tablets:

To download this app on your device, follow these steps:
  1. On your device, open the App Store.
  2. Tap the Search icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Type "QR code reader by scan" into the search bar and tap Search.
  4. Look for the app QR Code Reader from Scan, Inc. (It should be the first free search result.)
  5. Install the app.
